Kim Piper, co-owner, joined RE/MAX in 2001; focusing on creating a professional, albeit lively, group of real estate offices; populated with highly skilled, committed, ethical and accountable sales associates, knowledgeable and available broker support, and highly skilled staff and technical support.
Our company goal is to create and sustain an environment conducive to high levels of client service, cooperation within our industry and communities, and, of course, the ongoing business development and evolution of individual agents and their teams.
Kim directs most aspects of the operation of the brokerages as well as directing the long term strategies and plans for the organization. She researches and investigates systems and initiatives to benefit the sales associates and their clients; simplifying the ever-increasing complexities of the technical and legal labyrinth that are now key components of our industry. Engaged, committed and ever the lifelong learner, Kim brings together and works cooperatively with other RE/MAX Broker/Owners and RE/MAX Regional leadership to grow overall market presence in Pacific NW region.
Skills and Career Synopsis:
